Warranty Policy

This Limited Warranty Policy applies to all shower products purchased on https://samarink.store (the “Site”), operated by SAMARINK, a brand owned and managed by Zhuzhou Xiangwu Trading Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”). This policy sets out the full terms of our product warranty, in full compliance with the U.S. Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, Federal Trade Commission (FTC) warranty rules, the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), and U.S. state consumer protection laws.

By purchasing our products, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined in this policy. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product, for products purchased and delivered within the continental United States, and is non-transferable to subsequent owners or users.

1. WARRANTY DURATION & IMPLIED WARRANTY DISCLOSURE

Limited Written Warranty Duration

We provide a 12-month limited warranty for all our shower products, starting from the original date of purchase (as shown on your order confirmation and receipt). This limited warranty covers defects in materials, workmanship, and manufacturing that affect the normal use of the product, as defined in Section 2 of this policy.

Statutory Implied Warranty Disclosure

This limited warranty does not disclaim, limit, or modify any implied warranties mandated by applicable U.S. federal or state law, including the implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the duration of any applicable implied warranties is limited to the 12-month term of this written limited warranty. Some U.S. states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you.

2. WHAT THIS WARRANTY COVERS

This warranty applies to products designed in accordance with applicable industry standards and internal quality control specifications, and our published product specifications. We warrant that our products will be free from defects in materials, workmanship, and manufacturing under normal household installation and use for the warranty period.

Covered defects include, but are not limited to:

  1. Leaks, cracks, or structural malfunctions of the shower fixture body, valve, or core components, directly caused by manufacturing defects;
  2. Failure of shower mechanisms, spray nozzles, thermostatic valves, or control components under normal household use, due to material or workmanship defects;
  3. Premature corrosion, rust, peeling, or blistering of the product finish, plating, or protective coating, directly caused by material or manufacturing defects (this does not include damage from improper care or harsh chemical exposure);
  4. Defects in the digital LED temperature display or thermostatic control system that prevent the product from operating as specified, when installed and used in accordance with our official instructions.

3. WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

This limited warranty does not cover damage, defects, or performance issues caused by factors outside of manufacturing defects, including:

  1. Improper Installation: Damage caused by incorrect, non-professional, or unauthorized installation that does not follow our official installation manual and U.S. local plumbing codes. We do not cover labor costs for installation, removal, or re-installation of the product.
  2. Misuse & Abuse: Damage from accidental impact, drops, excessive force, misuse, neglect, or use of the product for purposes outside of its intended residential bathroom use.
  3. Normal Wear & Tear: Minor surface scratches, discoloration, or mineral buildup from regular use, that do not affect the core performance of the product. Regular maintenance (including descaling and cleaning) is the responsibility of the user.
  4. Unauthorized Modifications: Damage caused by alterations, modifications, disassembly, or repairs performed by anyone other than our authorized service personnel.
  5. Environmental & Water Pressure Issues: Damage caused by water pressure conditions outside normal residential standards, extreme water temperature, corrosive water conditions, or environmental factors beyond normal household use.
  6. Non-Original Purchases: Products purchased from unauthorized resellers, retailers, or third-party platforms not operated by us.
  7. Cosmetic Damage Only: Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the structural integrity or core performance of the product.

4. HOW TO FILE A WARRANTY CLAIM

To submit a valid warranty claim, please follow the official steps below, within the 12-month warranty period:

  1. Initiate Your Claim: Contact our customer support team via email at service@samarink.store, or via phone at +86 18607330049, during our official business hours.
  2. Provide Required Information: To validate your claim, you must include:
    • Your full order number and original purchase date;
    • Clear photos of the product, the specific defect, the original product packaging, and the shipping label;
    • A detailed description of the defect and how it affects the product’s performance;
    • A short video of the malfunction (if applicable) to help our team verify the issue.
  3. Claim Review & Response: Our team will review your claim and respond to you within 24 business hours of receipt, during our official service hours. We will notify you whether your claim is approved, and provide a clear resolution plan.
  4. Return & Resolution Instructions: If your claim is approved, we will send you an official return authorization email with a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, a U.S.-based return address, and step-by-step shipping instructions. Do not ship the product to the original delivery address. The official return address will be provided in your return authorization email after your claim is approved, as returns sent without prior authorization will not be processed.

5. SHIPPING & COST RESPONSIBILITIES

We have clear, transparent rules for shipping costs related to warranty claims, in full compliance with U.S. federal warranty laws:

  1. Approved Manufacturing Defect Claims: For all valid, approved warranty claims for manufacturing defects, we will cover 100% of return shipping costs. We will send you a pre-paid U.S. domestic shipping label with your return authorization email — no out-of-pocket costs for you. We will also cover all shipping costs for the delivery of replacement products or repaired items.
  2. Non-Qualifying Claims: For claims that are not approved under this warranty (including damage from improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear), you are responsible for all return shipping costs, and any associated restocking or inspection fees.

6. YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS UNDER THIS WARRANTY

In compliance with the U.S. Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, for all valid, approved warranty claims, you, the consumer, have the exclusive right to choose your remedy from the following options:

  1. Full Refund: A refund of the original purchase price of the product, issued to your original payment method.;
  2. Free Replacement: A brand-new, identical replacement product shipped to you at no cost;
  3. Free Repair: Free repair of the defective product, with all parts and labor costs covered by us.

We will not impose any unreasonable duty on you as a condition of securing warranty service, other than providing notification of the defect and the required claim information. We will complete your chosen remedy within a reasonable time, no later than 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned defective product.

7. ADDITIONAL WARRANTY TERMS

  1. Replacement Product Warranty: Any replacement product provided under this warranty will carry the same 12-month limited warranty as the original product, with the warranty term reset to the date of delivery of the replacement product.
  2. Definition of Normal Household Use: For the purposes of this warranty, “normal household use” is defined as installation in a residential bathroom, connection to a standard U.S. residential plumbing system (20–80 PSI water pressure), and operation in accordance with our official product instructions.
  3. Consequential & Incidental Damages Disclaimer: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages (including labor costs for installation/removal, water damage, property damage, or lost use of the product) arising from a product defect or breach of this warranty. Some U.S. states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.
  4. State Law Rights: This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights under the consumer protection laws of your state of residence. This warranty is in addition to, and does not modify, any non-waivable rights you have under applicable state law.
  5. Exclusive Warranty: This written limited warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by SAMARINK for our products. No employee, agent, or third party is authorized to make any additional warranty promises or modify the terms of this policy on our behalf.

  • The warranty policy in effect at the time of your original purchase will apply to your order and product, for the full duration of the warranty term. Material changes to the policy will not apply to previously purchased products without your explicit written consent.
